Cleaning Information

 

We recommend that you have the area as clear as possible prior to your booking and that loose items are tidied away. Our technicians will move smaller furniture items such as chairs, couches and coffee tables while they clean your carpet. However, they will not move fragile items, electrical items or any items too heavy of awkward for one person to easily move.

Our technicians are alert to situations where moving items and placing them back on your carpet before it is dry fully might have potential to cause damage to your your carpet. This is particularly the case with wooden and metal items.

Our technicians will counter act this problem wherever possible by placing protectors under the feet of these items. Where this is not possible, the techinicians will leave the furniture items in its place and clean around it. This is to prevent any possible damage to your carpet or furniture.
